Bido has to bring new buyers in to grow their sales. I wouldn't change the $28 minimum. I would feature it in advertising to small and medium business. SOmething like this: "Cybersquatter got you down with skyhigh prices, come to Bido and get a name to grow your business for as little as $28!!" "Free shipping!!"
