Sedo’s New Fee Structure Explained
6A lot of people seem to be asking about Sedo’s new fee structure.
Specially now that they charge a flat fee if the domain is not parked with them AND not with a fixed fee.
I did some digging on their new price list and though not comprehensive, here are the results.
Parked and Fixed Priced Domains Category I 10% of sales price, no min. fee Category II Category III
Non-Parked and Non-Fixed Priced Domains Category I 10% of sales price, min. $50 Category II 10% of sales price, min. $100 Category III 10% of sales price, min. $150

CNN invests millions in a .IN
1… or so says the headline at the popular TheDomains blog.
Partially correct is what I would say
CNN has invested in Outside.in – a startup which provides local feeds to news organizations in the US. How much is unknown but it should be seven figures going by the info released by the company.

0a. Funniest domain blog on the planet – Domain Gang – nothing is real, everything is funny and the writer seems to be on the good stuff. Hats off, good job. Nice racy style, lots of fun reading.
b. Sedo’s $50 commission is the new minimum commission. The rules for selling at a flat 10% are that the domain must be parked there for min. 32 days plus it must be listed at a fixed price. We have most of our domains there as ‘make offer’, a lot of them are priced, but that doesn’t make them ‘fixed price’ as per Sedo.
